Fabplus is a private family-owned business which was established by the McGavigan family. The business has grown from its sole trader origins in 1986 to be the market leading and highly respected business that exists today. Our successful growth has been achieved through the family’s collective 110 years’ experience as pipe fitters and fabricators, our customer-focused values and commitment to quality and continual re-investment.

Our products are installed in Data Centres, power stations, warehouses, retail buildings, hospitals, stadiums, apartment blocks and factories throughout Ireland, the UK and other European countries.

We place a strong emphasis on customer service and quality. We will work with you to ensure the timely delivery of high quality products that fully meet your project requirements. The family’s wealth of experience as pipe fitters and welders provides us with an invaluable technical understanding of the product needs of our customers. 2025 Brought the opening of our brand new Offices, giving an extra 30,000ft of office space.

Progress also continues rapidly on our Brand new Superfab Facility and when complete also in 2025, it will bring our floor space at Strabane to 270,000 sq/ft, increase our workforce to 150 and raise our output to 5,000,000 sprinkler outlets p/a.
